General information

The VIII Ukrainian-Polish Meeting on Ferroelectrics Physics, organized by Institute for Condensed Matter Physics of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine & Lviv Polytechnic National University. This meeting is a regular one in the series of meetings devoted to physics of ferroelectrics carried out before in Ustroń-Zdrój (2004), Uzhgorod-Synjak (2002), Cracow (2000), Dnipropetrovsk (1998), Kudowa Zdrój (1996), Uzhgorod (1994), Wrocław (1992) and Lviv (1990).

The Meeting will consist of invited lectures, contributed talks and poster presentations. Official language of the Meeting is English.

Conference site

The Workshop will be held in Mateiko Hall and the conference facilities of the Main Building of Lviv Polytechnic National University (12 Bandery Str.) located in the central part of Lviv.

Conference facilities include multimedia and over-head projectors, blackboard and microphone. You may either bring your laptop computer or use our laptop (with the latest versions of GhostScript View, Acrobat Reader and Microsoft Windows Powerpoint), or bring conventional foils (transparencies).

The poster boards are 88 cm wide, 118 cm high. Authors will be provided specific guidelines for poster display and discussion time. Attendance by one of the authors is required.
