The collective variables methodwith a reference system is applied in a description of the critical point region of the simple real sybstances of noble gas type. The way of separation of the whole effective pairwise potential into interaction in the reference system and concerned with the liquid—gas phase transition long-range attraction is proposed. The results of calculation for argon are attached.
