The two subsequent issues of the journal ``Condensed Matter Physics'' contain the papers submitted to the Workshop ``Modern problems of Soft Matter Theory'' (another part of the contributed papers will be published in the ``Journal of Molecular Liquids'', 2001, vol. 92, No. 1--2). The Workshop was held in Ukraine (Lviv) on 27--31 August 2000.
