Editorial

Dear colleagues,

we have a great pleasure to report yet another fruitful and productive editorial year 2008. It was a very special year for us, as far as the ISI impact factor (0.47) was evaluated for our journal for the first time. We sincerely hope that we could report the higher value in the next year, thanks to the collaboration with all of you, our authors, referees and readers of our journal.
