The generalized hydrodynamic equations for a magnetic liquid model in an inhomogeneous external field using Zubarev's method of nonequilibrium statistical operator are obtained. In this model the "liquid" subsystem is treated as classical one and the "magnetic" subsystem is described by means of quantum mechanics methods. The properties of linearized hydrodynamical equations are analysed for a weak nonequilibrium case. The equations for the time correlation functions and forthe collective mode spectrum are derived. We stud also some limiting cases when the dynamic variables of one of subsystems can be neglected.
